2009 Schedule and Pricing
Prices encompass everything described, including all geologic and sky tours, equipment, admission fees, and one complimentary copy of the Astronomical Adventures Guide Book per family/group. Advanced and/or additional copies of the book may be ordered for $30.00 + $3.00 shipping and handling, with the first book credited toward the session price.
To hold basic costs down and to allow maximum flexibility for customer preferences, meals and lodging are not included.
~ Meals will generally be available at customer expense throughout the day at various restaurants, as well as stocking up for the camp.
~ Lodging options include
» comfortable rustic guest accommodations on the Flying M Ranch (pricing shown below),
» camping, either on public lands at no cost near the observing site or at nearby RV parks/campgrounds, or
» staying the hotel/motel of your choice in Flagstaff (about $20 to over $100 per night, depending on season).
We are happy to assist you in making any arrangements you choose.

~ 5-Day Programs
Unless otherwise arranged, each program begins on Monday afternoon and continues through Friday night. From September through May, there is a 4-person minimum per program.
Full 5-Day Program (Day Tours and Stargazing) Stargazing Only (Monday through Friday nights)

~ Weekend Sessions
Full weekend sessions will include stargazing Friday and Saturday nights and day tours Saturday and Sunday. If you would be interested in a midweek “weekend session” program, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

~ Flying M Ranch Accommodations
The Flying M Ranch offers comfortable accommodations at our observing site, 200 yards from the telescopes. They include a 2-bedroom manufactured house, with full bath and kitchen, and a separate bedroom with full bath in the cookhouse. Meals are not provided, but cooking is allowed.
Weekend Session (2-night stay) $180.00 (single person) plus $30.00 (each additional person)
5-Day Program (5-night stay) $300.00 (single person) plus $75.00 (each additional person)

The Not-So-Fine Print
Terms: 20% deposit to confirm reservations, with balance due two weeks prior to arrival.
Deposits to Astronomical Adventures are refundable if reservations are cancelled at least one month prior to scheduled arrival. For lodging, a $100 non-refundable deposit, payable to the Flying M Ranch, is required, with the balance due upon arrival. Payments may be made by check or money order, or by credit card through www.PayPal.com. To arrange alternative terms, please call. Prices/capacities are subject to change without notice.
